Reporting Results
Here are intructions on reporting results.
Registrations:
Transfer deadline day approaching!
The last day to register or transfer players is 29th February 2012
Registrations throughout the season will take place at League Meetings. On weeks without a league meeting they will be on Thursday evenings @ Coventrians RFC between 7pm & 8:30pm.
Please Note: You must make an appointment to register on Thursday evenings, if no appointments are made the registration Secretaries will not attend.

Instructions
When reporting results Clubs must abide by League Rule 11 in all cases.
-
Results, with the surname of all scorers, must be reported to your
Results Co-ordinator by a representative of the Home Team as follows:- telephoned between 6pm & 7pm on the day of the fixture.
- e-mailed at any time before 7pm on the day of the fixture.
- midweek results to be notified within 48 hours of match being played.
- all outside Cup Competition results must also be reported.
- You may nominate any person to report the score, but your club will be held responsible should this person forget to report the result.
- The Match Sheet, provided by the Home Team, should be received by the Match Secretary, Mrs. Pat Bowen, no later than 4 days following the match.
- The original Match Sheet must be sent; Scans or Photocopies are not allowed.
- You may not use Tippex on a match sheet; any changes must be initialed.
IMPORTANT
If your match is POSTPONED you must still inform your
Results Co-ordinator as above. Then send a Match Sheet with the word ‘Postponed’ written across it, including the reason for the postponement.
